Make a request refund

In case the organizer accepts the cancellations and the refund, you can make a request directly from your customer account consult the history of your orders) select the one who understand the tickets wich you wish to cancel, mark the tickets which you wis to cancel and click on the link << To make a request of refund>>.

You will see appearing the amount of your refund deduction made of the processinf fee of cancellation and refund. You can then validate or not your request. We shall handle your request as soon as possible.

Becareful, in case you made your purchase on a physical point of sake and not via the interface of on-line payment, we shalll be in the obligation to contact ou by phone so that you can pass on to transmit us the details of your CB and so that we can made the refund on yours card. A refuns by check is also possible : you will then have to appear at our offices.
